Black Pomfret (Kala Paplait)
Black Pomfret needs no introduction. This all-time hit, classical fish lends itself to almost any culinary requirement and never disappoints. Black Pomfret is very famous in Pakistan and the whole South Asian region in general. It is available throughout the year at stable prices and in a variety of sizes. Reef Cod (Daama)
Reef Cod is probably the most selling fish at Imran Seafood since we introduced it to our audience few years ago. Reef Cod has nothing to do with the common Cod fish as Reef Cod belong to the grouper family. It’s known as Reef Cod because of its flavor profile resemblance with Cod. Generally a small size fish, its best known for finger fish and can do great for fish n chips style cooking.
